根曲がり竹が食べたくて。
少し遅かったらしく あちこちで探しました。
横手山スカイレーター乗り場の前にある
こちらが 最高のタケノコ汁です❣️
志賀高原の辺りでは 鯖缶でダシを取るのがポピュラーで そんな御当地の根曲がり竹汁を堪能。
この地では 散策路に ツクツク生えていて
熊さんと競いつつポキッとアスパラ状態。
熊と遭遇はゴメンだから、ココで汁。
なんと お椀の中の半分が根曲がり竹！
お味最高ですわ、しかも400円なので
コーヒーよりも お得で暖まります。

久しぶりの根曲竹味噌汁は やっぱり美味しかったです、月山のほどの太さは有りませんが 長野県側も群馬県側も根曲竹が良く取れますが8月になっても提供して下さって嬉しい、まぁ保存した物ですが嬉しい❣️
レトルトやら缶詰や瓶詰めは湯田中から奥志賀のアチコチで売られてますが やはり横手山の空気の中で食べるサバ缶入り根曲竹味噌汁は 美味しい❣️
いつかは 採取して食べたいとワクワクしつつ
ご馳走様でした❣️
