10月29日にオープンしたラーメンととんかつの両方が楽しめるお店です。
お昼はラーメン、定食で、夜は居酒屋メニューが頂けます。
店内は6人がゆったり座れるボックス席が二つ、テーブル席が三つ、宴会の出来る座敷と長いカウンター席があります。
小さなティピのあるキッズスペースもありました。店内へのスロープ、トイレもバリアフリーになっていますので、たくさんのお客さんにやさしいお店の作りになっていました。
店名がユニークですが、隣町の中野市の名店『福田屋』と『そうげんラーメン』の双方の味を山ノ内で味わえるというコンセプトらしいです。確かにラーメンもカツも美味しい理由がわかりました。
担々麺と餃子のセットを頂きましたが、担々麺のひき肉と餃子のひき肉が歯ごたえが良く、鶏の軟骨が入っている感じでした。
ミニカツ丼の肉の美味しさとタレの美味しさも以前福田屋で食べた味でした。
お米も木島平さんということで、食材にもこだわっていて、オープンしたばかりですが、かなり満足度の高い味でした。
ラーメンの味の種類も多く、しかも手間のかかっているのが分かる美味しさでした。
