田舎ですが駅の近くで場所は良さそうです。
オープンして１年のお店です。
店内はせまいですが雰囲気は良いです。
そば打ちをしているおばあちゃんの
映像などが流されていて
観光客には良さそうです。
そばは打ち手複数人いて(5人だったかな？)
日によって食べられるそばが違うそうです。
食べ比べもあるそうなのですがこの日は
お盆あけで忙しく打ち手が
それぞれ仕事をもっているので
間に合わないそうでした。
火口そばなので
富倉ではなく木島平あたりなのかな？
ざるそば(並)+おむすび1個
を注文しました。
こしのある細めのそば
香りもなかなか
汁は出汁のきいたちょっと濃いめ
美味しいそばです。
他の方のそばも気になります。
そば湯は薄いでしたが味はちゃんとしてました。
おむすび
米が良いので美味しいです。
魚沼と互角かそれ以上です。
さすが飯山です。
来週位から食べ比べがまたできるらしい
と聞いたので
再訪しようかと思っています。
なかなか流行りそうな雰囲気のある
美味しいお店でした。
