小布施に来てます。その中で行きたかったパティスリーの一軒、平日14時半頃に訪問です。
だいぶ種類は少なくなりつつある感じでしたが、選べるほどにはありました。選んだのは…
・タンブラン 600円/税込
フルーツとカスタードのバタークリームでまとめたケーキ。クリームの中には、イチゴやパイナップル、モモなど、ゴロッとフルーツ感。スポンジはカラメルのほろ苦い風味です。フルーツがジューシーなので、バタークリームの重たさはなく、ペロリと食べられちゃいました。
