松本駅から歩くこと約10分
初松本といえば、とうじそば！ということで選んだお店
店に着くと7組ほど並んでいたが、20〜30分で入店。
注文は、とうじそばシンプルと馬刺し、山賊焼と郷土料理スペシャルのような組み合わせ。
馬刺しや山賊焼は案の定美味かったが、
とうじそばはびっくりするくらい美味かった！
出汁のきいた少し甘みのある醤油ベースのつゆに山菜がびっしり入っており、5秒ほど蕎麦をくぐらせてパクッといただきます。これはもう絶品確定です。
とうじそばを食べ終わると、蕎麦の実雑炊とやらが用意され、これまた美味い！
そしてそして最後の締めにざるそばまで用意され、大満足セットでした。
松本に行かれる方にはぜひオススメしたい名店です。
