2024.02 Visit ~Matsumoto Business Trip~ I visited for lunch around 13:30 on weekdays due to the high reviews. It's less than 10 minutes from the hotel, but it felt quite far away due to the heavy snow the day before... It's a popular restaurant, but there were 3 groups of customers ahead of us so we entered without waiting. The interior of the store has a stylish Japanese-style atmosphere that is popular among inbound tourists. This time I ordered the "Toji Soba Simple Plan" (1980 yen). Looks like a mobile plan lol This is a popular plan that comes with Touji soba, Soba rice porridge, and Seiro soba. As the name suggests, Touji soba is Local Cuisine that is eaten by throwing soba noodles in a bamboo basket into soup stock and shabu-shabu shabu. It's super hot because it's poured into the soup stock that's boiling on the stove! I was more concerned about the heat than the taste lol After the toji soba, I made soba rice porridge with the remaining soup stock. Seal it with an egg. The sweet soup stock is also delicious. Finish off with Nihachi Zaru Soba from Kiso, Shinshu. It has a smooth texture and just the right amount of firmness. The Soba Samadhi plan had a variety of looks and tastes, so I enjoyed it not only because of the taste. However, the staff doesn't take care of me when it comes to the menu content, so there are some changes, but I feel a little uneasy about it lol.However, thank you for the meal!
