去年の忘年会で友人８名で頂いてきました。
今回の主役（笑）
まずは貝とワサビの和え物。貝類が苦手な自分ですが全く臭みが無くサッパリと頂けました。
いきなりメイン登場（笑）
鶏肉と間違えそうな河豚の身です。コレを野菜・葛切りと共に鍋に入れて待ちます。
その間にテッサでビールを。
皮や湯引きされた部分の歯応えも良くポン酢でサッパリと。
唐揚げも河豚でした。カラリとした衣とふっくらした身が楽しめます。これかなり美味しいです。
寿司は写真を撮る前にいくつか摘まれました（笑）
河豚の握りは塩で食べましたが醤油より良いですね。
〆はおじやで。
出汁がでていてサクサク頂けました。
美味しかったです。これで今年も頑張れそうです。
