松本旅行時に訪問しました。
もちろん太田さんの番組を観て。。。
子供含めて7人だったので二階のお座敷を
予約しました。
1階のカウンタースペースを見た時は
店内は狭そうなイメージを持ちましたが、
2階には複数個室がありお客さん収容数は
なかなかありそうです。
まずは地酒、大信州 辛口特別純米。
キレッキレ。
次の日に近くの三代澤酒店さんでも
大信州を買ったのですが、それは非常に
芳醇な旨口タイプでした。
日本酒は同じ銘柄でも造りによって風味が
全然違って買う時に悩みどころであり、
楽しいところでもありますね。
刺身の盛り合わせはサヨリ、マグロ、タコ、
ツブ貝、鯛。
馬刺し。
嬉しい生です。肉肉しくて美味しい。
居酒屋さんで美味しい馬刺しに出逢うと
嬉しくなります。
天婦羅盛り合わせ。
山菜が美味しいですね。。。
海老は足まで焼いてくれます。
この足の部分の焼き物、好きなんです。
キンキの塩焼き。
焼き姿が美しく、塩加減と焼き加減が絶妙。
一人呑みだったらこれだけで飲み続けられます。
海無し県でこれだけの海鮮を頂けるのも
魅力的ですね。
太田さんがTVで美味しそうに食べていた
冬瓜の水晶煮は残念ながら夏のメニューだった
のでこの時（3月）はありませんでした。。。
また、夏に行きたいですし、
季節毎に訪れても満足出来そうです。
