「きく蔵」さんに来訪です♂️
どうしても長野の郷土料理が食べたいとのことで
急遽電話してキャンセル待ちになり
早めに退店されたとのことで入れたお店✨
金土はほぼほぼ満卓だそうです

※初めて知りましたが長野の郷土料理の中に
馬刺しがあるみたいでそちらの馬刺しだけではなく
「レバ刺し」も頼みましたが牛と違って黒いのですが
めちゃくちゃ牛レバーに似ててうまい
見た目以上のおいしさはぜひ食べてほしい✨
付き出しの
(魚煮付け・ナスの妖精・カツオのタタキ)からも
もうお店のおいしさがわかります✨✨
刺身盛り合わせは
マグロの赤みと中トロ・ボタン海老・生だこ
カンパチ・つぶ貝と豪華6種盛り✨
その中でも一番は「松本山賊焼」✨
店主さんになんで「山賊焼」か聞いてみると
諸説ありそうなのですが
①長野県には海がなく山賊が多いから
②山賊は人のものを取り上げる…鶏揚げる！から
③山賊は豪快で山賊焼は鶏を開いて焼くから豪快！
などの意味があるらしくほぼダジャレでした
ただめっちゃジューシーで豪快に食べれて
レモンとマヨネーズで食べるとボリューミーで
