事前に電話予約して土曜日の17:30に妻と夕食を頂きました。12席ほどあるカウンターに2人 x 6組の客が座り、正面の大将と大将のお母様(?)と思われる女性がサービスを担当するというレイアウトでした。
私がメニューを見た限りではコースメニューが無く、お店のお勧め料理とレギュラーメニューを見ながらアラカルトを注文するスタイルでした。海の無い長野県なのに魚介類のメニューが豊富でした。
我々がアラカルトで頂いた料理は以下です。
・突き出し: ホタルイカのスモーク、湯葉、山菜
→ホタルイカのスモークが珍しかったです。これがとても美味しかったです。
・刺身盛合せ: マツカワガレイ、ボタンエビ、マグロの中トロ&赤み、水だこ、つぶ貝
→特にボタンエビ、中トロ、つぶ貝が新鮮で美味しかったです。
・極上馬刺し
→確かに美味しい馬肉でした。ただ熊本の甘醤油が欲しかったです。
・カラスミ
→炙ったカラスミの香りにやられました。日本酒にとても合いました。
・サワガニの揚げ
→5匹いました。見た目のインパクト大でしたが塩味が美味しかったです。
・山賊焼き(鶏ももを揚げたもの)
→ジューシーで美味しかったです。
・塩辛
→柚子の風味が美味しかったです。塩分控えめでしたが味はしっかりしてました。
・鹿肉の刺身
→珍しいのでオーダーしてみました。醤油が無いと淡白でした。馬刺しの方が美味しいと思いました。
・筍まんじゅう
→鶏肉と椎茸をミンチにしたものを筍の皮で包んだもの。こちらのお店の名物とのことです。私の中では普通でした。。
・焼きそら豆
→美味しかったです。
全体的に食事は美味しかったです。
しかもスモークを付けるアレンジ、サワガニ、生ジビエ、または筍まんじゅうなど、他ではあまり食べられない食事が幾つも提供されていたのが印象的でした。
また日本酒も美味しかったです。私が頂いた日本酒は以下です。全て長野県の地酒です。
・大雪渓 純米吟醸 x 3合: 美味しい
・佐久の花 純米吟醸: 辛め
・御湖鶴(みこつる): 芳醇で一番美味しかった！
合計5合頂きました。
お会計は2人合計で約20K円強でした。
とてもリーズナブル価格でした。
ジャスが流れる和食屋さんのカウンターで、美味しい料理と日本酒で楽しい2時間を過ごしました。
