風情溢れる松本城下町の素敵な割烹で旅の夜を彩ることに成功した。バンザーイ。
GWを利用した長野〜群馬ツーリングの旅。ライダーの聖地であり、自分としても念願だったビーナスラインを思う存分走って楽しみ、そのまま松本入り。
松本城はもちろん素晴らしかったが、思いの外松本市内の城下町の風情が素敵すぎて、とっとと飲みたくなってしまったので調べていた居酒屋(というか小料理屋？)に突撃。
GW合間の平日、18:10到着で一階カウンターは空席3つ、待ちなく入店。
カレンダーとしては明日から完全なGWに入りますが、明日以降は予約で満席とのこと。ラッキー！

とりあえず、料理も酒も大満足です！
私は長野とか岐阜とかの山間部に来ると山菜が食べたくて仕方なくなるのですが、ここの山菜めっちゃ美味い！これぞ地の物！
山菜の天ぷらはタラの芽、コシアブラ、ふきのとう、行者にんにく、その他(忘れましたw)。
ふきのとうって都内で出してる店だと苦味先行で、でもそれがふきのとうでしょ？みたいな感がありますが、やっぱ山間部に来ると違います。
苦味控えめで新鮮さ抜群。
そんで行者にんにくの天ぷらがウマすぎでした。
他の山菜ももちろん美味い。
山菜アマドコロのおひたしは感動もの。
アマドコロって初めて食べたしそもそも初めて聞きましたが、めっちゃくちゃ美味い。
食感はほうれん草に近いですが、ちょっとした甘味から始まり最後にほんのちょっとだけ苦味が通り抜けてく感じが唯一無二。
現地でもかなり流通量が少ないらしく、この店でも無い時もあるらしい。都内等ではまず食べられないそうです。
旬は4月後半から6月くらいとのこと。
良い時期に来たなー！これを食べるために来年もこの時期にこの地を訪れたい。
馬刺しは赤身と脂身でしたがこれもめちゃくちゃ美味い。
新鮮さが感じ取れ、馬刺しなどで淡白な味わいではありますが、旨味もしっかりありました。
どこ産の馬刺しなんだろう、普段東京の居酒屋で食べる馬刺しとはものが違いますね。
私は山の国ならではのご当地ものしか頼みませんでしたが、ここは海鮮も売りのようです。
なぜ長野で海鮮が売りなのかはわかりませんが、これだけレベルの高い料理が出てくるのであればきっと海鮮も美味しいのでしょう。
接客も心地良いし、旅で訪れるのに最高なお店でした(もちろん地元民からしても最高でしょう)
またツーリングに来てここを訪れたい。
