中華料理「丸幸」でカリーラリー♪～キーマ風麻婆カレー
松本調査隊が行く。
開催中の松本カリーラリー２０２０。
９０店舗という参加店舗数もすごいことですが、それだけのお店が揃うと、カレーも様々なスタイルを楽しめます。
カリーラリー４店舗目は、中華料理店「丸幸」のカレーです。
メニューは「キーマ風麻婆カレー」です。
麻婆豆腐は大好きですが、それがキーマカレーになるというので、これは期待大です、さっそくいただきます。
キーマカレーです♪
スパイシーというよりも、ピリッとくる辛さ。
さすがは中華料理店、麻婆のピリ辛がカレーと程よくマッチング。
これぞカリーラリーイベントの良いところですね。
卵黄をトロリンチョと・・・カレーに「卵黄は神」です！（笑）
旨いですね～。
で、カレーの中に食感の良いプリッとした食材がたくさん。
なんと「イカ」入りなんですよ。
カリーラリーはスタンプ４店舗目からは、各店のオリジナルサービスを受けられるルール。
こちら丸幸さんの特典は「カレーにイカ投入！！」なのです。
パンフレットでこれを見たときに・・・絶対これ、イカ投入で食べたいと思ってましたので、４店舗目のお店としてチョイスです。
中華料理店の麻婆カレー、美味しくいただきました。
表看板に、レバニラ、餃子、揚げシューマイ、激辛麻婆、ぷりぷり海老旨煮とか・・・魅惑のキーワードが並びます。
さらに、松本名物の山賊焼の元祖だとか！？
夜呑みもしてみたいお店ですね。
