信州松本は中華の名店、「百老亭 本店」へ。ランチは平日でも大変混雑する人気ぶり。QRコードでの最新式の注文方法に驚きながらも、本日のランチ(850円)を選択。麻婆丼定食は、しっかりと花椒とニンニクの効いたパンチのある味わい。高温で手早く調理された餡は米との相性も素晴らしく、食欲が進みます。ご馳走様でした。
In Matsumoto, Shinshu, we went to a famous Chinese restaurant, "Hyakurotei Honten". Surprised by the QR code ordering system, we chose today's lunch. The hot bean paste bowl set meal had a punchy flavor with a hint of huajiaoyang and garlic. The bean paste, cooked quickly at high temperature, was a wonderful accompaniment to the rice and whetted my appetite. Thank you for the meal.
