以前松本市内で食べたとうじそば
新そばの時期に本場で食べてみたくて奈川村へ
西に行くと野麦峠、南に行くと木祖村らしいですが、どちらも通行止めで陸の孤島のような所です
開店狙いで訪問、とうじそばを注文しました
カセットコンロで、鶏肉、油揚げ、キノコ等が入った鍋をグツグツします
木製のかごにそばを入れ、その鍋にかごを投入
そばを温めて食べます
まずはせっかくの新そば、そのまま食べてみるとほんのり甘さ、そばの香りで美味しい
かごに入れ、温めてしゃぶしゃぶして食べると優しい感じでまた美味しい
そばを食べた後はそのままご飯を入れて雑炊にします
ご飯と玉子を投入して食べるとちょっと塩辛い
そこに、蕎麦湯を投入
うまさと香りが倍増した感じで、たまらない旨さ
とても美味しかった
また来年、食べに行きます
