このあたりのキャンパーたちの中でもとりわけ高評価という福伝さん。
天気のいい祝日のお昼時ピーク時に伺ったら、並んでる並んでる…！！！相当待ちました、そして席に座れても、そばの提供も相当時間かかる。作り置きじゃないってことなんだろうけど。注文を受けて、材料をお鍋でグツグツするところから始まるのかな。
さて、念願のとうじそば初体験です。
山菜、きのこ、お揚げが入ったお鍋が登場。お玉型のカゴで、お蕎麦をしゃぶしゃぶしていただきます！あったまる〜！！甘めのお汁が美味しい。お蕎麦はコシあり。山菜も美味しい！
シメは、おじやにしてごはんと卵を投入。スープ飲み過ぎてお出汁が足りなくなったので足して貰いました。お蕎麦とごはん両方が食べられる幸せ。
とうじそば、存在も今回初めて知りましたが、蕎麦も好き、鍋も好き、とくに汁物のスープを飲むのが好きな私としては、とうじそばの存在は好みストライクでした。信州の奈川という地方だけという、狭い範囲での郷土料理。狭いから認知度も低い。もっと世の中に広がっても良さそうなのに？信州蕎麦自体は有名なのに。
結局、並び始めてからお店を出るまで３時間かかりました…いやはやなんとも…(^_^;)普段だったらこんなに待つなら行きません…でも観光地だから仕方ない…か…(^_^;)
