富山03 「手打ちそば福伝」さんの"とうじそば"ご当地名物「とうじそば」を頂きます。
ガスコンロがやってきます。
このざるに日本蕎麦を入れて温かい汁につけて温めて食べるそうです。
温かい汁が到着します。
きのこ、ネギ、油揚げがたっぷり、鶏肉も入っています。
ちょっと濃い目の味付けです。
そばも到着。
6玉あります。
一口サイズです。
そば殻入りの田舎風蕎麦です。
これを温かい、沸騰している汁にざるに入れた蕎麦を温めて頂きます。
これがなかなか旨いんですが、どうしても温めると蕎麦が柔らかくなるので、
普通にざるそば風に食べるのも旨い～！
自家製の香の物です。
蕎麦湯です。
蕎麦粉をしっかり溶かしたドロッとしたタイプです。
