富山3人旅で。
初日は夜行バスで富山に行き、富山観光。2日目は黒部ダムを見て信濃大町泊。
2日間目一杯楽しんだので、最終日はのんびり出発し、松本からバスで帰京。
12時前に松本到着。ランチを食べようということになり、駅から近い・喫煙可・祝日営業を条件に調べて『蔵のむこう』に。
テーブル席に座り注文。

・極上馬刺し盛合わせ：1,200円

ビールで乾杯した後は、つまみを。極上馬刺しが特にうまい！赤身が柔らかくて味が濃厚で美味しい！
他のつまみも美味しかった。
メインは蕎麦。信州だからね。
蕎麦は、わさび菜醤油漬け・信州辛味大根おろし・山形村長芋とろろが小皿てつき、そばつゆに混ぜて食べるタイプ。
蕎麦は小盛が三段。
わさび菜はつまみにしつつ、まずはそのまま。蕎麦は手打ち。蕎麦の風味は十分。少し水気が足りないかな。
ツユは甘目。そのままよりとろろや辛味大根おろしを入れたほうがいいね。特に辛味大根おろしで食べるとよかった。
中々満足。
