白壁の蔵のような建物。
中で、キチンと、検温、ALC、記名、アリ。
カウンター席も間隔を広く開け、パーティションも完備。
席ごとにALCも設置。
観光地、松本駅にも近い人気店だけに、この対応はイイね。
カウンター奥の席に着く。
落ち着いた雰囲気。
決めてました、これを頂こうと。
松本山賊焼き丼、1500えん。（税込み）
平日限定で、ざる蕎麦も付く。
もし足りなきゃ、追加、300えんで、もう1枚、蕎麦が追加できる。
イイではないか、安いではないか！
先ず蕎麦が、到着。
キリッとしまった、硬めでコシのある蕎麦。
イイッ。
デロンと腰のないのは好みじゃない。
蕎麦を手繰っていると、山賊焼き丼、登場。
野沢菜と一味の小鉢が付く。
先ず、細長い山賊焼きから、ガブリッ！
ガブリじゃなく、ガリンッ、だった。
これ、骨だった！
やけに、骨っぽいなぁ、とは思ってたんだよね。
まぁ、多少、肉もこびりついてるので、歯で、こそいで頂きました。
パリパリ、と云うよりも、バリバリッの食感。
甘めのタレも合う。
山賊焼きの下に敷かれた千切りキャベツも合う。
山賊焼きは何度か頂いたことがあるが、丼系は初めて。
途中に頂く、野沢菜も最高に合う、箸休め。
旨かった。
トッピングできるマヨネーズなんかがあれば、もっと良かったなぁ。
合うと思うんだよね。
