残暑厳しい折ですが、山では紅葉の盛りを告げています。
久し振りにアルペンルートに出かけました、幸いお天気も良さげです。
富山に２泊して松本に抜けるルート、室堂の紅葉は終わりかけでしたが、弥陀ヶ原・大観峰は素晴らしく極上の時間が過ごせました。
松本での夕食は人気の居酒屋「蔵のむこう」さんで。
落ち着いた雰囲気のゆったりと寛げる和空間です。
四季折々の信州の味覚が堪能でき、信州名産の馬肉料理が豊富で迷ってしまいます。
頂いたのは、
・お通し（400円）
・梅酒（680円）
・馬刺し３点盛り（2000円）
・信州サーモン刺身（890円）
・イワナ塩焼き（750円）
・馬タン塩焼き（1000円）
・ていざなす茄子揚げ浸し（680円）
信州サーモンと馬刺しは大好きで欠かせません、どちらも絶品でした。
イワナは、弾力がありイワナ特有の香りが広がります。
馬タン塩焼きは柔らかく旨味が最高。
好きなものばかり美味しく頂き、大満足の夕食でした。
