松本の宿でウエルカムドリンクの麦酒を
頂きながら、近場でオススメのお店を伺うと
教えてくれたお店。県外の知人が来た時や
友人と飲むときでもよく使われてるお店とか。
ええね。乗ってみよ。
予約無しで開店と同時に伺い、カウンターに通されるが、
その後すぐ満席に。しといた方が確実かな。
初めて食べログのクーポン利用でグラスの生麦酒とお通し。
燗酒に山葵三種盛り、馬刺しと信州サーモン、
山賊焼きのハーフに長野限定マルスの信州のソーダ割で
お腹いっぱい。ワシ輸入しとるトラウトサーモンは
絶対食わんが、信州サーモンはわざとらの臭み無く、
柔らかな旨味ありで美味しい思うたなあ。
何かが格段に旨いとかでは無いけど、信州の味わいを
手堅く味わえるお店じゃ思うたな。きっかり1時間で
ご馳走様。
