信州松本の居酒屋といえば『きく蔵』ということで、これまで重宝していたが、今回こちらのお店に初訪問。
駅前にも関わらず下町情緒、江戸情緒が感じられる外観からとても素敵。
そしてメニューが信州松本尽。
これは観光客にとっては最高。
しかも、どれもリーズナブルで、かつ、美味しい。
日本酒も、今回は亀齢が切れてたのは残念ではあったが、地酒の最高の銘柄がずらり。
料理で言うと特に馬刺しは最高だった。
馬刺しは専門店でも、"普通に美味しいなー"ぐらいで終わってしまうのに、こちらは非常に良質で、特に内モモは絶品だった。
ペッパーをふった脂身を刺身で巻いて食べるのも良かった。
そばロールなど今回挑戦できなかった美味しそうな料理も数多くあるので、またチャレンジしたい。
