出先のディナータイム、色々ググりながら迷ったけど、寒いしあまり遠くまで歩く気になれず、近場で偵察後に入店。ちょっと遅くなって、入れるお店に入らないとヤバイからね。
結果、想定外だったけど、素敵な店作りをしている良店と出会えて良かった。制限の後遺症か、フロア担当からお客さんの確認は難しい様だけどね。
オーダーは、白ワインでスタートと、先ずは前菜盛り合わせで様子見です。盛り合わせの薄いバゲットに載せたチーズ、泡のような食感に淡い塩気、仕入れが絶品ですね、めっちゃ美味い。このチーズは市販されてるのだろうか？入手したいと思うのはワタシだけ？
他の冷菜も良く手をかけてあるのが分かる。BGMもだけど、老舗っぽいお料理ですね。
続いて、オススメの鱒カルパッチョサラダ仕立て。これは想定通り美味しいです。思わずフォカッチャを追加オーダー。サンドにして美味しかった。
後学のために、シンプルな味だろう、パルメザンチーズと胡椒のパスタが気になり、〆にオーダー。
少ない量だったら追加でスープか、チーズがドルチェ代わりかな。結果、人参のスープとフォカッチャも追加。
人参のプースー、独特の味はもちろん、甘味が加わるからかなりの旨さ。フォカッチャにも付けて、舐める様にお皿を綺麗にして完食。
ふと見回すと、衝立だらけの店内は如何なものかとも思うが、地元の方々はプライバシーを重視するのだろうか。但し残念賞は、その衝立でフロアの観察がされていないから、発注するのにテーブルを立って伝えに行かねばならないこと。担当1人だからだろうけど。
