これまではつゆの美味しさも含めてそばの美味しさだと思っていましたが、こちらではまずは塩をつけて食べることを勧められたので、その通りにしてみました。たしかに、そばの香ばしい香りが広がり、そばに対する認識が変わりました。とてもこだわったそばを出すのに、お店の方も皆さん気さくで、アットホームな感じでした。
（この点、近くで同様に評価の高いそば店である三城はとても敷居が高い感じだったこともあり、こちらのお店にはとても好感が持てました）
