松本で食べログ上位の蕎麦屋さん『蕎麦倶楽部 佐々木』さんへ行ってきました。
9割2分の手打ちそばとのことです。
お店では初めて来店方は冷たい蕎麦を勧めていましたのでもりそばを注文。
1口目はお塩で食べることをすすめているので塩をつけて口に含むと蕎麦の香りが口の中に広がります。
美味しくいただけました。
