信州松本の蕎麦の名店。
繁忙期は予約がマスト。
ただし、そもそも予約が取れる店が少なく行列必死な中で、信州で予約して行ける蕎麦の名店ということで有難い存在。
予約した場合は必ずコースになるが、結果的に蕎麦だけでなく、前菜や蕎麦料理も楽しめて嬉しい。
メインの蕎麦も、名店だと『もりそば』だけ、『ざるそば』だけ、という店も多い中で、鴨付け蕎麦などを注文できるのはかなり有難いし楽しい。
もちろんお蕎麦もしっかりと美味しい。
お店の雰囲気も上品だけどカジュアルで、素敵な感じがした。
