妻と2人で長野旅行のランチに利用。
場所は松本城から5分ほど歩いた古い町並みの中程にある。
松本には何店か蕎麦の名店があったが、確実に食べたいと言う希望を叶えるため予約の出来るこちらのお店をチョイスし、前もって予約して訪問。
週末の昼時と言うこともあり、やはり店内は満席。
但し、コースの一斉スタートと言うことで、お昼は3回転ある事から待てば入れると言うことだった。
コースの揚げ蕎麦とりんごジュースは予め席に用意してあり、着席と同時に始まる。
揚げ蕎麦がなくなる頃に蕎麦の練り切り、花豆、生ひじきの酢の物、辛味大根の漬物が届き、丁寧に紹介される。
練り切り、花豆、生ひじきは、初めての出会い。どれも中々の美味だった。
次に豚と大根の煮物が出てきたが、これも前菜に負けず劣らず素晴しい出来。甘すぎず、柔らかすぎず、適度な食感であっと言う間に食べてしまった。
しかしながら、蕎麦は更に良かった。
蕎麦は、中細打ちこの日は、9割3分の蕎麦とのこと。
蕎麦は少し水のキレが甘かったが、蕎麦の香りが強く、好みの味。
汁は甘めでしっかりつけるタイプ。
こちらも美味しかったが、鴨汁は更に素晴しい。
七味を利かせてあり香りが鼻に抜けるが、汁のコク、旨味を全く邪魔しない。
鴨は噛む力がいらないくらい柔らかく、素晴しい汁。
全体的に素晴しいお店で機会があれば再訪したい。
