兄夫婦が予約してくれて、休日の夜に4人で訪問です。
ビルの地下フロア全体を使った広いお店で、靴を脱いで上がるスタイルです。
そして、韓国調の建具で仕切られた個室がズラリと並ぶ、なかなかに圧巻な店内でした。
個室は4人部屋でしたが、連結して大部屋にもできるようです。
頂いたのは、

オーダーは部屋ごとのタブレットを使う、居酒屋チェーンスタイル。店員さん呼び出しや、網交換もタブレットでOKです。
全体的に肉質が良く、信州牛旨い!!って感じでした。そしてお値段は控え目でCP良いと思います。東京と比べると、という話かもしれませんが…。
特に厚切りタン塩が、本当に厚切りだけど柔らかくて素晴らしかったです。
デザートに、生まれたてプリンというネーミング先行の一品を頼み、蓋の付いた陶器を開けてみると、卵?という見た目。でも、黄身はバニラの味がするちょっと食感のある何か⁇白身は柔らかいプリンでした。若干謎のあるメニューでしたが面白かったです。
ドリンクメニューももうちょっと個性出して開発してもらえると更に良いかと思います!!
