今年も松本城の夜桜、見事ですね。大勢の見物客もみなお城と桜の幻想的な風景を楽しんでおられました。
場内外をゆっくり散策したあと、しづかさんに寄るのが恒例の楽しみです。
松本民芸家具と骨董品が上品に設えられた店内はとても落ち着きます。地元で長年暮らしていても感動してしまいます。
そんな空間でいただくお料理は、絶品。大雪渓の熱燗もどんどんすすんでしまいます。
この日は、旬のお献立から「黒鯛」、「とり貝」、「空豆」、「ホタルイカ」、「ホヤ」。
そして定番メニューから「やきとり」、「おでん」、「てんぷら」そして地元の滋味「ざざむし」。
2人で頂きましたが、満腹になりました。
日替わりの旬の献立メニューは、その季節一番美味な味覚がぎっしり書き込まれており、目移りしてしまいます。
定番メニューも和食からスパゲティーなどの洋食まで幅広いジャンルで、大人から子供まで楽しめる内容です。
やはり松本を代表する居酒屋しづかさん、もはや居酒屋の枠を超えたお料理屋さんといっても過言ではありません。
