職場の忘年会で、夕方、松本駅前へ移動！
会場はジンギスカンと薬膳火鍋が人気の「小羊楼（シャオヤンロウ）」です。
みんなで鉄板を囲んでいただく焼肉、良いものですね♪
ジンギスカン食べ放題、飲み放題のコースでお願いしました。
「生ラム」がメインだったのですが、肉厚で柔らかくてすごく美味しい！
ラム肉はヘルシーというイメージがあるので、食べ過ぎてもあまり罪悪感を感じないところが良いです。（笑）

じっくりと焼きあげて、熱々お肉をタレに絡めていただくスタイル。
ジンギスカンというと、味付け肉が定番なので、生肉を焼いていただくというのが新鮮味あります。
お肉がヘルシーとはいっても・・・やっぱり野菜はきちんと摂りましょう！（笑）
お肉とキャベツ、グリーンサラダって合うんですよね。
美味しくいただきました。
お肉はいくつか種類があると思っていたのですが、ラム肉と鶏肉しかなくて・・・マトンも食べたくてオーダーしたら、「ありません」って・・・、そこだけ、ちょっとアレレな感じでした。
薬膳鍋、辛そうですがこれからの寒い季節にはピッタリですよね、そちらもいただいてみたいです。
ここも人気店で、予約は早めにいれないとすぐにいっぱいになってしまいます。
