世の中もやもやすっきりしない状況で新規開拓もままならず、
お蔵入りしていた松本紀行をお送りします。
まずは、国宝・松本城から。
黒と白のコントラストが信州の山々をバックに真っ青な空に映えますね。
黒板の外壁はちゃんと人の手で漆塗りがなされており、
その作業の様子をテレビで拝見したこともありますが、
この仕様の城郭は他にはなくこの松本城が唯一無二の存在だとか。
冬の季節で、空気は澄んで冷涼。
風もなくお堀に映る姿も素敵です。
わたくし写真撮るの下手を自認しているんですが、
けっこうまともに撮影できましたｗ
私の好物の一つでありますジンギスカン料理といえば、
言わずと知れた北海道名物。
ヘルメット？いや文字通りその昔の「元」の兵士が被っていた兜の形？
のような独特の鍋に肉と野菜をたっぷり盛って、
焼けた羊肉とその肉汁を吸った野菜を楽しむ料理。
その昔、ダイエットに良いというので有名なモデルさんが
日常的に食べていてブームになったことがありました。
東京都心にも雨下のタケノコのようにジンギスカンを食べさせるお店が
出来たことがありました。
その中でも当時いちばん有名だったのが中目黒にあった
「くろひつじ」というお店。(今は閉店)
私も足繁く通ってトップモデルさん達を遠目に観ながら
羊肉を楽しんだものですがｗ
今でも時々思い出したようにジンギスカンが食べたくなります。
もちろんミシュランガイドにも載るようなお店が最近はありますが、
何しろコロナ禍の時代です。
この際ですのでちょっと長野県まで足を伸ばして行ってきました。
最近は各地にジンギスカン料理店が出店してあちこちで食べられますが、
あくまでルーツは北海道という前提。
他県に独自のジンギスカンがあるなんてあまり聞いたことありませんが
なんと！長野県には長野県流のジンギスカンがあるそうです。
（一部、山梨県の北西部にも僅かに残っています）
うっそー！中でも信州新町と呼ばれる町に「ジンギスカン街道」
と呼ばれるお店が連なる地帯が存在します。
で、長野は漬け込み肉がメインのよう。
今回はディープなそれらは見送って松本です。
店名は「小羊樓」。
松本駅周辺で、ジンギスカンを食べられるお店。
それも土・日・祝ランチ営業もやっていてというのはここだけでした。
地元のお客さんには火鍋が好評のようです。
最初から長野県産の羊は期待していなかったのですが、
産地はニュージーランドだそうです。
ちゃんと炭火が用意されていて嬉しい限り。
お酒はご当地お約束の信州の有名ワイナリー。
井筒ワインの赤です。この際、論評は致しませんｗ
日本酒のお燗も頂きました。信州のお酒「大雪渓」です。ウーロン茶はご愛敬ｗ
新鮮な日本産の羊肉を食べようとすれば
東京の新興の有名店に行かねばなりません。
(けっこうプライスはお高いそう)
が、今回はニュージーランド産とはいえ、まったく臭みもなく、
とはいえ充分羊肉の風味と旨味もあり満足いたしました<(_ _)>
