こちらの居酒屋へ伺いました。
松本駅から近くです。
外観も渋くていい感じです。
注文は、馬刺し、山賊焼、長芋ステーキ、それに、ビールや日本酒を
馬刺しは本当においしくて、生姜と醤油でたべます。
福島の会津や熊本も有名ですが、何故か上品な感じがしました。さっぱりしてる感じかな？
山賊焼きも柔らかく味付けが美味しい!!
唐揚げの味付けとはちょっと違う感じがします。
長芋ステーキも最高でした。
そんなにお料理に地元のお酒、大雪渓がとても合います!!限定純米酒で甘く品があって、とても美味しお酒でした。
