２１時にお蕎麦が食べたくなりました。でもお蕎麦屋さんは夜が早いです。そんな時は郷土料理を出す居酒屋さんに行くのが一番です。ということでこちらのお店にやって来ました。店内は６割位のお客さんの入りでした。
頂いたのは、馬刺しの盛り合わせ(２４８０円)、信州サーモンのお刺身(７４０円)、山賊焼き(８８０円)、CASのイカ刺し(７８０円)、馬肉の串焼き(２８５円Ｘ２)、焼き牡蠣(３５０円Ｘ２)、冷しトマト(３８０円)、安曇野ざるそば(６５０円Ｘ２)と生中(６３０円)や黒糖焼酎やひやおろし等々…カウンターに乗る限界まで頂きました。どれも美味しかったのですが、CASのイカ刺しが頂けたのには驚きました。CASとはCells Alive Systemの略で細胞壁を壊さない新冷凍技術で有るとは聞いていましたが、実際食べたのは初めてです。島根のイカだそうですが、美味しかったです。
確かにこちらのお蕎麦は細くて美味しかったです。しかしこちらのお店では打っている形跡が無いのでどちらかの専門店さんのを使っていると思うのですが聞いても教えては頂けませんでした。松本在住の友人は通って教えてもらうんだという惚れ込みようでした。
もうじき新蕎麦の時期ですのでますます楽しみです。
