長野に多店舗展開している若手店主によるラーメン。こちらも信州長野の四天王の一人のようだ。地元のラーメン大会ではいくつかの賞を受賞しているらしく、店内にはトロフィーが飾られている。1組だけ待ちになっていたので5分ほど待つ。
メニューは一風堂をリスペクトした感じ。白玉、赤玉、黒玉の豚骨ラーメン。そして背脂がたっぷり乗っているのが特徴。また、麺が博多豚骨よりははるかに太い。味は、、薄い。松本市民は薄味が好きなのだろうか。スープはパイタンではなくチンタン。このテイストでチンタンにすると背脂が際立つ。結果、一風堂というよりホープ軒に近い味に仕上がっている。もちろん、美味しくないわけではないが、20-30年前のラーメンを食べているような気がした。
店員は皆若くて元気がいい。そこだけが唯一の評価ポイントか。
