桐店の方が近いのだけどそれじゃあ面白くないのでこちらの平田店に参りました。
コロナの影響かキャベツバーは暫く休止のようで、入り口でもアルコールでの消毒をしていましたね。こういう所は飲食店として好感持てます。
さて、注文したのは「ばりこて白大盛り+鬼脂」
混ぜソバか迷ったんですが、ばりこてとあるので、そちらを注文。
鬼脂は背脂の事でした。
さて、頂きます。
鬼脂…と書くほどなのでどれ位かと思いましたが、背脂をどっぷり乗せる所と比べるとかなり常識的な量です。
スープはと言うと「こて?ってこってりの事じゃなくて?」と言った感じで、背脂を足してなおこってり感は思ったより感じません。
それでも奇をてらった者でもなくスタンダードなラーメンといった感じです。
煮干や赤にしてみたらまた違った楽しみがありそうです。
麵は太麵とありますが、中位じゃないかな。
しかし、拘った自家製麵との事で、食感や喉越しは確かに良いです。
チャーシューも香ばしく、パサつきもなくジューシーでこれだけおかずにして白飯が食べたい位ですね（笑）
店内は明るく、店員さんの接客も丁寧ですし、また訪れたいと思えました。
