物凄く久しぶりに突撃してみた。
この日はたまたま横を通りかかったら駐車場がガラガラだったので、休みかな？とは思ったけど、どうやらやっているので寄ってみた。
カウンターへ案内されメニューとにらめっこ。
私はあっさり醬油専門なのですが、この日は何故かこってりも行けそうな気が勝手にして、取り敢えず『バリコテの赤』を注文！！
本日は瞑想せずにスマホをポチポチしているとご対面です！！
麺 1 平打ち？太麺
スープ 4 豚骨醬油
チャーシュー 3 豚バラ
＊味音痴で上手な食レポが上手に出来ないため『自分が好きか嫌いか？』の点数です。
麺は何かの間違い？と思うような麺でした・・・。
以前は普通の太麺でしたが、今回は乾麺のうどんみたいなもので、正直私の口には合わなかったですね。
スープは脂少な目にしたけど、やはり背脂系なので見た目はガッツリとこってり系ですね。
赤なので辛さもありますが、ベースと混ぜるとそこまで気にはならないです。（私は）
背脂ですが一口飲んでみると意外にあっさりしており、コクもしっかりとしていて、自分自身はこってり系はスープを残すことが多いのですが、今回はしっかりと器の底を出しました！！
チャーシューは前はもっと厚みもあって大きかった気がするのですが・・・まぁ、昔の記憶なので美化している可能性もあるので・・・
ただ、肉にしっかりと味はしみ込んでおり、尚且つしっかりととろけるので美味しいです。
何となくすっきりしない気持ちなので近々リベンジにでも行ってみようと思います！！
