Before 2pm on weekdays. Most restaurants have LO hours, but I went to this one as I remembered it being open until 3pm. I thought there were no customers in front of me, but they kept coming in after me. I stare at the menu. Although the main ingredient is backfat pork bones, there is a wide range of options including pork bone soy sauce, miso, dried sardines, tantan, tanrei soy sauce, Tsukemen (Dipping Nudle), and no soup. When in doubt, go for the standard burr iron white. I also ordered something called chadon at lunchtime. The rice bowl arrives in about 5 minutes. Barikote Shiro is now a nostalgic backfat pork bone Ramen. Like Kagetsu? Chadon is a bowl of rice topped with plenty of pork. The chashu is seasoned with miso. Finished meal. Both were delicious. However, I ate too much. The cha bowl was completely redundant. When I got up to pay, the salad bar caught my eye. Apparently the salad bar, which was closed during the coronavirus pandemic, has reopened. Even in places like this, you can definitely feel the after-corona virus.
