When I went to Hirata in Matsumoto City in the morning on Sunday, the restaurant I used for lunch was "R×A×G Oboshi Matsumoto Hirata Store". This shop has its main store in Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, and is a popular restaurant for its back fat pork bone soy sauce Ramen. I'm sure there were other restaurant in Matsumoto City in addition to this restaurant near Shindai and in front of the station. The location of the shop was at the intersection of "Hirata Nishi" on "Matsumoto City Road 5250". I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the store and entered the store at 12:13. When I looked at the list of people waiting in the Feng Xu room after entering the store, it seemed that there were 1 pair of customers, 3 pairs of trio customers, and 2 groups of quartet customers waiting in front of me. Certainly, this wind room and the outside of the store are full of customers waiting for a seat. Well~, I thought I was waiting for quite a while, but after filling in my name on the waiting list, I sat down on one of the five pipe chairs that were also placed in the Feng Xu room, and waited quietly, and after 38 minutes, I was passed to one of the counter seats facing the wall and sat down. Hm~hmm, I've waited quite a while. During this time, customers were coming one after another, and after me, two pairs and two trios were waiting for their seats. Since it was Sunday noon, there were a lot of families with small children, and it was almost like that. There were 6 counter seats in front of the kitchen, 2 counter seats facing the wall, 3 tables for 4 people, and 3 tables for 5 people on a small rise. By the way, at this point, there were 2 pairs of customers, 3 pairs of trio customers, and 3 groups of quartet customers in the store. After taking a seat, we looked at the menu on the counter and considered which Ramen to eat. There were Ramen of these Barikote White, Barikote Red, Barikote Vegetables, Barikote Boiled and Dried Rice, Barikote Zero, Barikote Miso, Barikote Spicy Miso, Tsukemen, Mazesoba (Soupless noodles), King Chinese Soba, and Soy Sauce Ramen. By the way, according to the menu, the most popular dish was barikote white, and the manager's recommendation was barikote boiled and dried, barikote vegetables, and soy sauce ramen. So, this time I ordered this, which was one of the store manager's recommendations. "Dried barikote" ¥ 940 So, let's use the cabbage bar while the Ramen is ready. If you order Ramen at this shop, you can get shredded cabbage in a bowl on the floor for free. By the way, this cabbage bar can be refilled once. There was also a homemade-like dressing, so I will put this on it. So, when I had that shredded cabbage, Ramen was the rice bowl 7 minutes after I was seated. The ingredients are 1 slice of yaki, 2 pieces of menma, 1 sheet of naruto, 1 sheet of nori, a little chopped green onion, and a little diced onion. The soup is a soup with a light ochre color and a cloudy shade with back fat floating on it. The noodles are medium-thin flat straight noodles. So, let's start with a bite of soup. It is a super guinea fowl type of grill that is soft and has a trottolo. The flavor of the meat was reasonable, the sweetness of the fat was high, and the sweet and spicy seasoning was delicious. The menma was soft but thick, so I was able to enjoy the crunchy texture. The seasoning was light, and it was a delicious menma with a bitterness in a good sense that is typical of menma. Naruto is normal. The seaweed was also very flavorful, but I think it was ordinary. The onion had a spicy feeling that was typical of raw onions, which made me feel refreshed. Just like that Ramen I finished all the cups. I think it was the perfect Ramen for those who want to fully feel the flavor of boiled dried fish along with the flavor of pork bones. It was a delicious Ramen.
