普通の居酒屋さんと思って予約したのですが、予想した以上に郷土料理がありました。しかも信州の地域別に表示されています。
紙のメニューもありますが、基本はQRコードを読んで携帯で注文するシステムです。頂いたのは以下の通りです。
胡麻豆腐と各種チップス。お通しです。
ミョウガとキュウリの和え物。すぐ来ました。
信州野菜と無添加豆腐のサラダ。地元の野菜が美味しいです。量もたっぷりあって、旅行中で野菜不足の身には嬉しい内容でした。
信州サーモンのなめろう。信州味噌がいい感じ。酒のアテに最適です。
おたぐり。馬のモツ煮です。大抵の郷土料理は大丈夫な私ですが、これは匂いがダメでした。完食できずにごめんなさい。
揚げこねつけ。戦国時代からある保存食だそうです。混ぜご飯のおにぎりに小麦粉をつけて揚げたもの。ネギ、ワサビ、そして醤油につけて食べます。食感は焼きおにぎりとさつま揚げの中間くらい。これ気に入りました。
これらの郷土料理に深みがあるのかは私には判断できません。ただ料理の種類が多いし値段も手頃なので、長野の郷土料理の入門者にはいいお店だと思います。予約は必須です。
