The restaurant I used for dinner in front of Matsumoto Station on Saturday night was ``ITALIAN CROSS''. This was an Italian Cuisine trattoria, as the name suggests. The store was located in the Isemachi area, just off Matsumoto City Road 2006 from Matsumoto Station. Entry time is 5:38 p.m. Although it was Saturday, it was still quite early for this type of restaurant, and there was only one pair of customers at this point. This restaurant has 6 seats at the L-shaped counter in front of the kitchen and 2 two-person tables on the first floor, and one side-by-side pair seat, one two-person table, and four four-person tables on the second floor. There was. I was seated at one of the L-shaped counter seats in front of the kitchen on the first floor. After taking a seat, I looked at the menu at the counter and ordered a drink. Today, 1. I ordered ``Sapporo Black Label'' for ¥605 and quenched my thirst. Along with the drinks, you will also receive a refill. 2. ``Otoshi (charge)'' ¥440 The otoshi was served on a wooden plate that was approximately 16cm wide, 11cm long, and 3cm deep. The following two foods were served on this wood plate. (1) Fish with Shirae The first one is ``Fish with Shirae''. Paprika powder was sprinkled on the surface. The only ingredients that catch your eye are tofu and green onions. No fish in sight. When I actually ate it, I could feel a slight saltiness and the flavor of the soup stock, and I could also feel the faint flavor of some kind of fish that I couldn't see in the white dressing. (2) Mushroom Doria The amount of Doria was about the size of three bites. The mushroom topping is shimeji. The cheese taste was stronger than the white sauce, but it went well with the pilaf. Next, let's order food. Today I ordered the following three items. 3. "Margherita" ¥968 Margherita arrived 7 minutes after ordering. The Margherita was served in a white ceramic plate with a diameter of 26 cm and a depth of 4 cm. The size of the pizza is about 20cm in diameter. It was pre-cut into 6 pieces. The ingredients were tomatoes, cheese, and sprinkled with dried basil and chili pepper. The tomatoes are cut into cubes of 1 cm on each side. It's a perfectly ripe tomato with a tightly packed body. I think the sourness and sweetness were low. The cheese has a relatively beautiful white color. It feels like a slightly heavier mozzarella. Is this mozzarella made from milk, not buffalo? It didn't feel like there were any leaves on top of the basil, just a sprinkle of powdered dry basil, so the bitterness of the basil was weak, or rather, I didn't really feel it at all. The dough is smooth and crispy. It's more like tortilla dough than pizza dough. So this is Roman-style crispy dough. Tabasco was also delivered with the pizza, but I didn't use Tabasco as the chili pepper's spiciness was enough. 4. "Itakuro's special omelette soup" ¥858 The omelette soup arrived within 10 minutes of ordering. The omelet soup was served on a white, spindle-shaped ceramic plate with a maximum width of 25 cm, a maximum height of 15 cm, and a maximum depth of 5 cm. The size of the omelet inside the omelet soup is a spindle-shaped omelet that fits the shape of the plate, with a maximum width of 11 cm, a maximum height of 9 cm, and a maximum thickness of 3 cm. It is sprinkled with plenty of green onions and paprika powder. It looked like about 3 eggs were used. The inside of the omelet wasn't very creamy, and if anything, I think it was a little more solid. There were plenty of green onions sprinkled on top of the omelet, but green onions were also kneaded into the omelet. The crunchiness of the plenty of green onions is great. This omelet is soaked in ocher soup. Is the soup like consommé? It went well with the slightly runny egg, giving it the feel of an egg-flavored consommé soup. 5. "Tama Konnyaku Ajillo" ¥605 Ajillo arrived 11 minutes after ordering. Ajillo is served on a white ceramic plate with a diameter of 18 cm, in a ceramic cazuela with an orange outside and a white inside, about 10 cm in diameter and 4 cm deep. This cazuela contained nine perfectly round konnyaku pieces and julienned onions as ingredients. On top of these ingredients, chopped green onions and paprika powder were sprinkled, and a toothpick was stuck into the konjac. Olive oil is poured to the very end of the cazuela. There was a good amount of garlic in the olive oil, so the garlic flavor was really strong. However, the effect of salt and pepper was quite weak. The spiciness of the red chili pepper gradually appeared in my mouth, but it wasn't strong at all. The taste of the olive oil and garlic went well with the konnyaku, so it was surprisingly delicious. Um, sorry, I forgot to ask for the baguette. I regret that I should have soaked the baguette in this olive oil. After eating and drinking for about an hour, I left the restaurant. It was my favorite restaurant to visit, and the food was delicious and the cost performance was pretty good. It was a pretty good shop.
