Visited on a weekday Tuesday at 6:30 pm as the second restaurant from Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. The restaurant was almost full and I didn't have a reservation, but I was able to get to the last table. It's a very popular shop. 80% of the customers were young girls and couples, with a sprinkling of single, stylish adults. Coperto costs 150 yen per person, and you'll be served an appetizer of cream cheese with crackers, nuts, and dried fruit, and it's clever and delicious. The Prosciutto logs that caught my eye the moment I entered the store. I can't help but order after seeing this. After that, I had a salad and an assortment of appetizers while remembering the flavor of Yakiniku (Grilled meat). For drinks, there are several carafes of house wine available at reasonable prices, so choose from them. With the hustle and bustle of the restaurant as background music, we slowly enjoyed the food that was brought to us at a fast pace with a glass of red wine. As the bar name suggests, they have a wide variety of alcoholic beverages. The food was Italian, Spanish, and French, and had more snacks priced under 1,000 yen compared to so-called ristorantes. There are pastas, pizzas, and Meat Dishes that cost over 1,000 yen, so it can be used by a wide range of people, from those who just want a quick drink to those who want to fully enjoy the restaurant. It's a place that's a little more wallet-friendly and more serious about friends than it is about cooking and eating seriously. They serve bottled wine at very reasonable prices, so I thought it would be fun to try a variety of wines with a large group. [b:<This time's choice>] After eating a lot of Yakiniku (Grilled meat), I wanted to grab a glass of wine and grab a bite to eat, so I found this restaurant while walking around town. [b:<Ordered>: 2 people] Appetizer ¥300x2=¥600 3 appetizers ¥980 Green salad (M) ¥680 Prosciutto (M) ¥680 Wine carafe A (red) ¥1100 ----- ------------------------- Total ¥4,040 [b:<Food impressions>] 〇Appetizer Crackers, cream cheese, nuts and dried fruits What came in was served. I loved it as a starter. 〇3 types of appetizers You can choose 3 types from the following 5 types of appetizers: - Chicken liver pate - Carpaccio of today's fresh fish - Potato salad with Prosciutto Yobanashi style - I chose. Each dish comes in 2 slices, so it was perfect for two people to share. The chicken liver pate was served with grain mustard and some balsamic vinegar and olive oil, the potato salad was seasoned with grain mustard and anchovies instead of mayonnaise for an adult salad, and the carpaccio was full of vegetables so it could be enjoyed as a salad. One dish. Each dish was well thought out and I was happy with the attention to detail. 〇Green Salad A bowl of salad with bright colors of red, yellow, and green was served in abundance. The light seasoning of salt, pepper, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar is typical of authentic Italian Cuisine cuisine, and I liked that there was no unnecessary dressing. Prosciutto Prosciutto that has just been shaved from a log is fluffier and more delicious than ham that has been cut and packaged. Matsumoto is wonderful because there is a shop that cuts logs at such a low price. 〇3 carafe glasses of house red wine. Although the wine costs 390 yen per glass, it tasted much better than the wine served at Family restaurant and chain stores nationwide. [b:<Comments about the shop>] There are counter seats and table and chair seats, but the tables are also high tables with stools, so it was a place to casually eat and drink rather than to relax and drink. . Additionally, the open kitchen gave a good view of the people cooking in the back, so the overall atmosphere was lively.
