【総評】
松本市中央の駅前通り沿いのビルにお店があります。
店内は座敷席が中心でテーブル席やカウンターが少しあります。
ばんざい家は松本駅前屈指の人気居酒屋でもある風林火山の姉妹店となります。
定番から郷土料理まで豊富なメニューと個性的なおばんざいがいただけます。
時々利用させていただいているお店ですが今回はテイクアウト込みの利用でした。
看板メニューなどは風林火山と同じものがいただけますが、おばんざい含む他の料理は違うものが楽しめる印象です。
山賊焼きは甘めの下味がしっかりついた味噌ベースで何もつけなくてもいただける塩梅です。
繋ぎの強い衣で揚げ具合はほどほど、肉はレア目で非常に好みです。
飲食店の郷土料理は観光客価格になっているケースが多いですが、非常にボリュームがある上にかなり安価な値段設定なのは驚きです。
ただ、以前お店でいただいたものは黒胡椒や柚子胡椒がついていた記憶がありますが、テイクアウトのものは付随されていません。
肉料理や刺身なども種類が多く、居酒屋としてはかなり満足できるクオリティだと思います。
おばんざいは盛り合わせが非常に華やかで個性があって珍しい感じもありますがコスパ的にどうなのかなという印象を受ける日もあります。
本店と比べると比較的入りやすいので、シチュエーションに合わせて選ばれるといいのかなとも思います。
