This time, I would like to introduce you to "Banzai House". It is a shop on the second floor of a building about a 3-minute walk in front of Matsumoto Station. The sign is a little difficult to see from the main street, so I think many people miss it. There are quite a few seats in the restaurant, including tatami rooms, tables, and counters. However, it is also a popular local restaurant, so it is almost full on weekends. There is also Japan sake, and if it is a little hidden, it is also in the store, so it may be one of the reasons why it is popular that you can drink alcohol calmly. I also came here several times through the introduction of a friend. This time, I would like to introduce "Bandit Grilling". I don't think many people know about it, but it is a type of Local Cuisine in Matsumoto City. I don't know the details, but it is a dish made by marinating chicken thighs in a soy sauce-based sauce and dipping potato starch on both sides and frying them in oil. I think it's a dish that is different from fried chicken and zangi. Unlike other restaurant, Banzaiya's bandit grill is soaked in the flavor of the chicken, so it is delicious as an accompaniment to alcohol or rice. The bandit grill that you often see is a dish that can be recommended because the fat of the chicken is gone and it becomes dry, but it is a dish that can be recommended because it leaves a lot of gravy. It is "cooked rice with chicken". They cook it after ordering it in a clay pot, so the plump rice and chicken go very well together. When I squeezed the kabosu, it was refreshing, and my stomach expanded, so I was afraid that I would be able to eat more w What made me happy was that the restaurant staff said, "If you can't eat it all Onigiri, please tell me. You can also take it home." I received a grateful word. I thought I wouldn't be able to eat it all, but I ordered two servings, and in the end everyone ate it all w With just this one word, I can take it home even if I leave it, and it was very good that it led to food loss. The menu changes depending on the time of year, so I'm looking forward to that as well. If you want to taste Matsumoto's local sake and Japan sake, I would like you to go there.
