梓水苑に宿泊して、和食の会席料理を頂いた。どの料理も、手が込んでいて、旬の食材を生かしたものが多く、とても美味しかった。特に、鰻の飯蒸し、安曇野豚、信州蕎麦が良かった。ただ、お客さんが少なかったせいか、料理の出てくるスピードが早過ぎて、ゆっくり出来なかったのが残念だった。料理が美味しいだけにもったいないと思う。
