#松本居酒屋
旅行2日目の夜は松本。フォロワーさんに教えていただき、以前ランチを食べたことがあるフレンチに行きたかったのですが、前日がワインバーになってしまったので予定変更。行きたいお店は他にもあったけど、確実に予約が取れるお店ということでこちらにしました。
松本藩酒場 酒楽
駅からもホテルからも近いエリアにあります。予約していたのですんなり入ることができましたが、後から断られているお客さんも結構いました。
最初から日本酒でスタート。いろいろ飲み比べしたかったので、少しの量にしてもらいました。
お通しは大根と馬の煮物。おいしすぎて期待が膨らみます。
たくさん注文した中でも、一番おいしく感じたのは馬刺。
あれば必ずと言っていいほど注文するし、家でも食べるくらい好きなのですが、こちらのお店ではお醤油につける前に馬油だけで食べるようにとなっていました。これがすごく良くて、2枚目からは馬油、ニンニク、生姜、醤油で食べたのですが、いつもより濃厚になって美味しさが増す感じ。馬油って体にもいいことだらけだし、こんな風に取り入れるのもありなのねー
松本ということで山賊焼も。ハーフサイズがあるのがうれしい。(ちなみに、長野の山賊焼は揚げ焼きで、山口の山賊焼は炭火焼きという違いがあるそうです。)
カリカリの揚げ具合も、味つけもすごくいい！！
他にはワサビ2種(醤油漬け&粕漬け)、イワナを骨醤油で食べるもの、馬肉のユッケ、ふき味噌、長芋の唐揚げ、馬のもつ煮を注文。相方は〆の蕎麦も全部ハズレなし✨
ちょっとありがちな居酒屋という感じだったので、それほど期待していなかったんだけど…いい意味で期待を裏切られました松本らしさを味わう、いいお店でした。
