Salad Assorted appetizers Assorted carpaccio Homemade pizza Shinshu Ginjo pork main Pasta Dessert, and beef Steak is included as a service. "Beef Sagari" Steak. This was delicious. . . We started with the ``salad'', and the dressing was probably homemade and delicious. First veg, first veg! Appetizers, homemade sausages and quiches. . . I love fish, carpaccio! The pizza also seems to be homemade. I had always wanted to try Shinshu Ginjo pork, and it was thickly sliced and juicy. It was tomato pasta. Dessert is ice cream. All of the dishes were delicious at this restaurant that was particular about meat. I forgot to take a picture of the drinks and all-you-can-drink menu.
