パルコの裏にお洒落なお店を発見
カフェかな？と思いましたがイタリアン、特にピザが有名ということでランチで訪問！
ランチには、スープとミニサラダが付いてきます
今回は、ピザ二種類（マルゲリータ、帆立とエビのバジルペースト)、とサラダプレートをオーダー
スープは松本一本ネギを使ったかき玉汁
前菜に相応しく、暖かなスープにほんのり塩味を利かせて食欲を駆り立てます
サラダは、今回はサラダプレートをオーダーしたので、そちらを掲載。アオサと山葵のドレッシング、ごまとアンチョビのドレッシングの二種類。生ハムやレンコン、さつまいもの付け合わせと共に
ピザは、マルゲリータはまさに王道
お店の窯でじっくり焼き上げた一品で、とろけたチーズがあっという間にピッツァをお腹にすすませます
もう一つの帆立とエビのバジルペーストは、魚介2種とバジルの風味が絶妙。オリーブオイルと共に
初めて訪問しましたが美味しいお店でした！
