I was looking for a restaurant with a hearth and found this place. This place is located inside a guest house-like Ryokan (FAN! MATSUMOTO), and it was closed on the store's holidays, so I couldn't find the right time, but since I could use the Matsumoto coins I received from the Matsumoto Toywari, I thought I'd use it. We decided to have a drink around the hearth for one night and two meals included. Inside the restaurant, all seats are tatami mats, surrounded by an irori hearth. Also, there seem to be a few counter seats available. The plan that combines nationwide travel support and Matsumoto winter discount is either premium horse meat or Shinshu, and since there are members of my family who don't like horse meat, I chose the Shinshu all the way. The contents are: Appetizer: Yamagata potato tofu Small dish: Wasabi flower dip, Wakasa pickled in Nanban, Mozzarella cheese marinated in Shinshu miso Sashimi: Shinshu salmon, Daio char, Marbled horse sashimi Salad: Japanese-style sarada using Azumino wasabi Hearth: Rockfish, Horse meat meatballs, horse meat short ribs wrapped in Shinshu apples, Hakuba pork Specialties: Shinshu premium beef Hot pots/Meals: Shinshu Nagawa specialty Touji soba Dessert: Shinshu apple pound cake with ice cream, special pudding, these dishes are very luxurious, and these dishes are grilled with iroki. It's super luxurious to eat while you're at it! Perhaps because it was a Monday, there was only one group of customers other than us, so we were able to enjoy the time to the fullest and were very satisfied♪ We were told that we had to order the all-you-can-drink option for the number of people, but I was very satisfied. Other than that, I couldn't drink alcohol, so I was able to have an all-you-can-drink deal for just one person, and my wish came true!
