美味しい蕎麦と桜を求めて松本までやって参りました。一軒目は、松本駅から歩いて10分くらいのみよ田松本パルコ店。こちらの蕎麦は見た目が細くて艶やか。せいろでは、しっかり歯応えがあって蕎麦の実の甘さを堪能。かけでは、麺の味を優しく引き立てる出汁を堪能しました。いやー美味しかった。
松本パルコ店という事で、パルコのフロア内を探しましたがお店は見つからず。なんと、お店の入り口は1Fの外にありました。皆さまお気をつけくださいませ。
