上田名物の「美味だれ焼き鳥」を松本で。
松本駅すぐ近くにできた「松本つなぐ横丁」。
出張族の私にとって、気軽にちょっと飲める場所ができるのはうれしい限り。
ここはとくに色々な店が集まってるので、何度もこれるお楽しみもある。
オープンして最初に行ったのがココ。
上田の名物「美味だれ焼き鳥」の店。
美味だれとは、にんにくがたっぷり入った醤油ダレ。
焼きあがった焼き鳥を、このタレに漬けて食べる。
大阪の串揚げみたいな方式。
串盛りと山雅ビール（緑色のビール）を注文。
ぷっは～と一息ついて焼き鳥を待ちます。
正直、でてきた焼き鳥は「美味だれ」がなかったら普通です。
このたれは、にんにくのパンチが効いて、焼き鳥を大変身してくれます。
でも惜しいですよねー。
やはり鶏自体にもうちと特徴あったらいいのに。と思います。
一串１４０円～と割安っちゃ割安ですが、かといってコスパいい！って感じにもならないし。
ジュワ～～と旨みにじみ出る地鶏とかあったらいいなと思います。
でもお高いと横丁的お楽しみもできないか、、、
難しいところですな。

この日、３年ぶり開催された松本ぼんぼん。
この横丁も若者が多数で大賑わい。
かみさんが一度美味だれ焼き鳥たべたいというんで、こちらの店へ。
ニンニクがバッチリ効いた醤油ベースのタレ。
焼き鳥をそのタレにズボッとつけて食べる。
串カツでいうところの二度漬けは禁止。
なので、以前はなかったが、あとに漬けたしでかけれるボトルも用意してくれてる。
これは○。
肝心の焼き鳥はまあ普通の焼き鳥です。
美味だれつけると美味しいです。
横丁のワイワイガヤガヤな雰囲気でサクッとササっと一杯！
