松本駅近くの｢つなぐ横丁｣というビルの1階に全国各地の飲み屋さんが出店している楽しい場所があります。
どこにしようかウロウロしていると店長らしき人と目が合ったので、こちらのカウンターに着席。下調べせずに店に入ったのって久しぶり。
こちらは長野県上田市の名物タレを使った焼鳥店のようです。そのタレは醤油ベースにタップリニンニクが入った感じで、各テーブルに置かれます。それに焼きたての焼鳥をつけてたべるのですが、大阪の串カツと同じく2度漬け禁止です。
飲み物ですが、山雅ビールなるものがあったので注文。地元サッカーチーム松本山雅にちなんだものらしいですが、よく聞いてから頼めば良かった。チームカラーの緑のビールです。緑はリキュール。当然甘くなります。
ビール苦手な人にはいいかも。

焼きとんで、白モツ、軟骨
私の好きな物全て揃ったので満足です。
どれも平均以上の味。タレはビールがどんどん進む味の濃さですね。たまらずハイボールを注文。
店長と話していたら
タレ似合うと言うので、焼きとんのかしら、はらみを追加。確かに合います。
1度食べてみたかった上田の焼鳥を思わず体験できました。もちろん店によってタレの味はちがうそうですが、基本はこの形態とのこと。
美味しくいただきました。
